The toolset also brings the screens to the web using any industry-standard browser and does not require a client footprint.

Raquela Kaplan, Marketing Manager, Infinite Corporation said, “This latest toolset from Infinite incorporates the technology announced last year for the communications modules of the toolset. Now, we are providing a single-part number tool that provides, screen modernization, webification, automatic workflow consolidation and integration capabilities in one. This new product is designed for its light footprint, ease of deployment and speed.”

“Our experience in this market is that a lot of GUI/web tools provide good screen customization tools and the ability to deploy to the web easily. The areas that have been cumbersome is that they are expensive and slow once they are deployed”, continued Kaplan.

Focus on Ease of Use and Speed
Built in Eclipse, this new toolset can consume any Eclipse or Java-based plugins ad easily creates web services. Of course, it works on either the AS/400 itself or on Infinite migrated applications from the AS/400 environemtn using other Infinite migration tools.

Infinite Cloud can launch from the AS/400 or from middleware like JBOSS, WebSphere or WebLogic.
This new toolset is designed to be the fastest, easiest-to-deploy, and least cost solution for creating a 21st century UI for AS/400 applications. Infinite Cloud will deploy Mainframe , AS/400 or UNIX screens to smart phones, tablets, hand held devices or even workstations.
